                                   Hi and welcome back to my blog. in this blog post you'll be seeing the final product of my film opening. Some stuff that was wrong with our draft was the bad quality of the voiceover, some conventions were not present, and the music didn't fit the vibe. But everything and many more that was wrong with our draft is now fixed.

                                         Hi and welcome back to my blog. and in this blog, we'll be going over Peer review. it is good to have other people review your stuff. Teenagers know teens and what they would watch. So, we give them a basic of them of our opening and they give us a review. And now I'd like to discuss my peers. My first peer is Alyssa. Alyssa is very hard working and fun to be around. Next is Zahriel. Zahriel is a great peer her editing skills are incredible. And she does things in a very timely manner. My teammates are the greatest and I'm glad we were able to get this done.

                                                 Why hello there and welcome back to my blog. And today we'll be going over the last part of the production process of my film opening. Zahriel my teammate is in charge of the editing process in our group. What we did now for the editing was making sure everything played smoothly. and we changed some of the music in the editing.

Well, hi and welcome back to my blog. And in today's blog post we'll be going over the postproduction part of my film opening. Now mainly I'm not in charge of this part. But my Teammate Zahriel D. is, and she is great at the editing process. We have now made it to the cliffhanger the part of the opening that makes your audience want to continue watching. So, what had been done was to have the audio play until the gossip girl says her line and then to leave and abrupt finish.

And just for a reminder My teammate zahriel is in charge of the editing process. And this part of the editing is the final part before the cliffhanger. So, all Zahriel had to do was make sure the transitions were smooth. She also had to make sure the audio was timed correctly that way it doesn't throw the viewer off. and then we also see a bit of drama between Maddie and her boyfriend Sam.

As you probably have read previous blogs, Zahriel is in charge of the editing next is the background. We one changed the setting in our clips. And as some parts had a voiceover from Maddie and some didn't to bring the audience back into the world of the film. So, we added the tracks and then the voiceover. 

                                                Hello and welcome back to my blog and today we'll be doing a blog post about the postproduction of my film opening. We our still in the beginning of the opening where Maddie and her best friend Mia our talking. And for some background information My teammate Zahriel is in charge of the editing process. So, in order to get the outcome, we want we have to cut scenes. So, after one of the characters stop talking it jumps to the other in a different setting. which makes sense they are on the phone. Doing this technique is called graphic editing which relates 2 scenes together in a film by making the scenes transitions continuous or abrupt.

And today we'll be going over the postproduction process of my film opening. To start off we have to arrange clips. In the beginning you obviously have to arrange your clips perfectly, so your film doesn't look like a mess. It wasn't me who was in charge of editing but my new teammate Zahriel D. What she had done was to download the clips to our editing software called Wevideo. Then she placed them on the track in which they need to be ordered.

                                                                                                                   Why welcome back to my blog. And in this Blog post we'll be going over postproduction of my film opening. Now in this blog we are more editing the buildup for our opening. The buildup contains the scene where Maddie is about to give the whole background story. My teammate Zahriel is in charge of the editing process just to let you know. So, to give this buildup some attention we put a still image over the video track and then we make my teammate Alyssa R follow a script for a voice over to explain the background.            

                                                         Welcome back to my blog and in today we'll be going over the postproduction of my film opening. To start off the person in charge of editing is my teammate Zahriel D. Now we are editing the first part. In the first part we had to put conventions such as our company name and even the production team. Using these conventions help know what your audience is watching. And we have to make our film opening look like one to pass. So, on top of our added clips from filming in the beginning she added a new slide that shows our production name and title of our film opening. And then she puts a cute transition for it to be visually appealing to the audience.

                                                                Hi and I'd like to welcome you back to my blog. And today this blog has the final day of filming. This part of the filming process includes the cliffhanger. the cliffhanger itself is exactly what Maddie is being exposed for. Since our target audience is teens and young adults the cliffhanger has to be a little less intense than an average adult film opening. In the film opening the gossip girl at the end say's her final and most intense line out the whole opening which is. "Guess who I see Maddie talking when she was just at the mall yesterday with Connor." this a huge part of the cliffhanger because it inveigles the questions in the audience's head like; Why was she at the mall with Connor? Will this ruin her image on social media? Will this even become a big s...

                                                  Hey and welcome to this blog post. And today this goes over day 4 of my production of my film opening the buildup to the cliffhanger. The Cliffhanger is that one part of the scene that leads to the climax of the film. But since I'm only doing a film opening having a cliffhanger is essential to make our audience engaged enough to watch more. the lead up to the cliffhanger is when the gossip girl says her line that could potentially ruin Maddie's social life. To give this effect I had to pan the camera and slowly dolly in to get the intense shot used.  

                                                        Gooday and welcome back to my blog and in this blog post I'll be going over day 3 of the production of my film opening. In day 3 we truly introduce all the main characters such as Sam the boyfriend of Maddie and even Mia Maddie's best friend. During this process of showing the background we had to make sure that we did a lot of slow pan camera movement. This is to make it easier for our audience to follow along in the film opening. It's good to give a little back story on characters that way the audience is prepped for the cliff hanger waiting at the end of the opening.

                                                                                                               Hi there and welcome back to my blog and this blog will be about the production process. In this blog we will be going over day 3 of the production process.  For the 3rd day we do a whole different setting, different clothes, and even extras. It's to give the background of the film opening to catch our target audience up to date with the plot. So, to start off we made sure we used extras to emphasize the social life of our main character Maddie. the background goes in the form of a flash back.

                                                                    Hi and welcome back to my blog. And in today's blog we'll be going over the buildup of my opening. So, in my film opening it goes over why or even how Maddie's social life is in jeopardy. You can see this as she drops her book in destress as her friend Mia has told her to check her social media. from then on it is now a still image with a voiceover to give the scene a flash back therefore making the audience not confused. This scene helps give a terrifying feel due to her stressed mannerisms and sadly exaggerated movements/ body language. Me and my teammates chose these acting choices to help our audience have empathy for Maddie.

                                                                                                                                    Hi and welcome back to my blog and in today we are going over the production part of my film. This is day 2 of my production process. So, in this day of filming, we made sure that people brought the same clothes to make sure our clips line up. But for today we focus on the split clips in our film. To do this we filmed the best friend of Maddie Mia's part in a separate place.                                               Hi glad you are looking at my blog. And in this blog post I'll be talking about the production process of our 2 minute film opening. For this one I just wanna go over the basics of our filming. Our film is filmed at our school because it goes with our theme of our teen influencers, and obviously teens go to school in some way shape or form. So we started filming in an open-door corridor. We made sure to tilt upwards to our main character Maddie. She then does her thing until the storyline starts to thicken. We also mad sure to take multiple shots.

For one we do beat 1 which is the opening scene anything in it. And for every beat we share the shots and camera angles. and the composition in it. Beat 2 follows the same rubric except its more about the climax in the story. Next is beat 3 here's where we meet the turning point of the film opening. The 6th part of this planning I'm writing about is Exposition. Exposition is the background information for your film. Exposition is so essential in film because the background information in film and a lot of depth. Exposition has a lot of different techniques. To name a few we'll start off dialogue. dialogue is when 2 or more characters have a conversation. next is Narration, Narration is when a person does a voiceover to a scene to give insight on what's happening in the world of the film. In this part we are showing how we prepare to record our film opening. And obviously you need to know exactly the highlights of your opening. And I do that by using the save the cat beat sheet. A script is a written text of a play, movie, or even a broadcast. Scripts help the actors, director, or anyone in the film crew help know what to say. And it also gives an outline of how your film, or in my case my film opening is supposed to go. And for our film opening we of course had to make a script. I mad sure anybody name in the picture agreed to the blog post.  In the process for planning for our 2 minute film opening you have to know whether your plot is good or not. So our assignment was to review a groups plot for there opening to see if it would be good or not. You have to make sure you are well prepared for the presentation. So me and my group made sure we knew all about are plot which involved characters, the target audience and even the genre. And after we get evaluated they give us feed back like whether to thicken our plot or not. And after there done we do the exact same for them. 

                                                            Hello and welcome back to my blog and today I'll be showing you me and my teammates planning for our film opening. Now obviously its about your audience as given by the title. The significance about knowing your audience is that without knowing your audience your film will not do good at all-knowing your audience will mean you know what your movie attracts and the message it gives. Knowing your audience is knowing the demographics and even psychographics. And basic information like what is the genre of your film opening, and even knowing the plot of your film. Knowing your audience is the best start in to making a successful film/ film opening.
